Supercase

Why Supercase

Innovation rarely fails for lack of ideas. It fails in the gap between the idea and the result.

Why Supercase

Most organisations have more good ideas than they can act on. What they lack is a team that can take one idea, put sales, marketing, media, technology and AI around it at the same time, and push it to a working result before the energy runs out.

Supercase exists for that gap. We are a small, senior team that works like a SWAT team: a clear brief, a start date, an end date, and people who have done the job before.

How we work

  1. 01

    Small and senior

Every person on the team has run the function they now bring. No junior bench, no shadowing, no handover from the people who sold the work to the people who do it.

  2. 02

    In the room

We work inside your business, with your people, on the real problem. Not from a slide, not from a distance.

  3. 03

    Outcome first

We agree what a result looks like before we agree a method. If the fastest route is a prototype, we build it. If it is a customer test, we run it.

  4. 04

    Build, then decide

A working thing beats a document. We would rather test a rough version with real customers than perfect a plan nobody has tried.

  5. 05

    Leave it better

A team that leaves behind a dependency has failed. We leave behind working results and people who know how to carry them on.

Five disciplines, one room.

Each engagement is staffed with the mix the brief needs. These are the disciplines we draw from.

01

Sales

Experience from carrying targets and running sales teams. We know how buyers decide and we test ideas against real customers early.

02

Marketing

Positioning, offer, pricing and go-to-market, built into the work from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.

03

Media

Buying, planning and running media. What attention costs, what each channel can do, and how to reach people without wasting the budget.

04

Technology

Senior engineers and technical leads who ship. Architecture, integrations, working software, and the judgment to keep it simple.

05

AI

Hands-on, current experience with what AI can do in daily work, what it cannot, and how to introduce it safely and usefully.

Who we are for

A good fit

  • SMB owners and leaders with an idea or change that keeps stalling
  • Enterprise innovation, product, marketing and technology leaders who need a result this quarter
  • Teams whose roadmap has outrun their engineering capacity
  • Organisations that want to use AI in real work, not just in a pilot

Not a fit

  • Long strategy programmes with no intent to build anything
  • Body-shopping large numbers of junior developers
  • Work where the answer is already decided and only a signature is needed

Questions people ask before they call

Who will I work with at Supercase?
A small team of senior people, chosen for the brief. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work.
How long is a typical engagement?
Innovation sprints usually run two to eight weeks. Developer support and AI transition support are agreed in blocks, typically one to three months, and extended only if there is a clear reason.
Do you work with both small companies and enterprises?
Yes. The team and the pace are the same; the brief and the surrounding organisation differ. In an SMB we often work directly with the owner. In an enterprise we work with a sponsor and a small internal team.
Where is Supercase based?
Supercase is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and works with clients across the Nordics and internationally, on site and remotely.
